Having a "scentsational" summer

Hello to our lovely readers wherever you may be this summer, I hope you are having a fabulous time! I've waited all year to sleep in until noon and now I'm cruising through the days in my comfy pajamas seeing the world through the all seeing eyes of the internet. Ha ha not really I've been out and about soaking in these cool, breezy, west coast days of sunshine while I have the time and popping in and out of department stores just to sample the perfumes they have on display. That just took the weirdest turn but I know I'm not the only crazy girl who goes in, smells every scent they put out and leaves with a purse full of papers spritzed with the latest it- scents of the season. All that craziness is definitely worth something because today ladies and gents, I have for you a listing of my favorite fragrances for this summer, have fun...

                                      Giorgio Armani's "Si" fragrance features
Cate Blanchett. I really like this scent
                                      because there's a vanilla aroma
that's a bit lighter than your usual
sticky vanilla smell and has a floral
undertone to it. Its fabulous for a sunny
day on the town with the girls!

Besides the fact that the bottle is absolutely
adorbs, Daisy by Marc Jacobs is the ultimate
bee pleaser this summer. The smell is very
sweet like a lot of the other fragrances by
Marc Jacobs and its perfect for the daytime
sunshine. Spray a little on in the morning
and you're ready to jam to Bella Thorne's
"Call it whatever" all day long.

The ad campaign for the Ralph Lauren
                                       Romance fragrance shows two people
riding horses in the countryside but I
personally get a black- coffee sipping city
vibe from it with it's outspoken floral
                                       aroma and slight nutty undertone.
Whether you are horse back riding with
the bae or sipping black coffee in the city
this summer, this is your fragrance.

Everyone that knows me knows that this is my all time
favorite scent, one of which has made me a Giorgio Armani
fragrance fanatic. It has just the right amount of brown sugar
sweetness blended with citrus tones to match your shining
white bikini as you lay in the sand on a fabulous Grecian beach.

                                   This chic fragrance by Victor
and Rolf gives off a spicier floral
than that of Romance by Ralph Lauren,
like if a carnation were to grow spikes.
                                   There's not really a woody
undertone but there is definitely a
spicyness to it. I imagine a boiling hot
day in Miami, sitting under a tree reading
                                   "The Fault in our Stars"

There is most certainly a flowery theme in these last few
fragrances but that's the thing about summer! The
sandalwood needs to go and a flower/citrus/vanilla
inspiration needs to be established into your day by
way of fragrance and a version of Coach Poppy is your
definite answer. Find your youth again in
                                   either citrine or freesia:).

So now that you know what I do when I walk
into Macy's, I want to know what your signature
scent is, comment below and have fabulous day!
